Acceptance of Terms

By using the services of Tysons Dental Associates or accessing our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Dental Services

Tysons Dental Associates provides general, cosmetic, and restorative dental services. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Preventive care (cleanings, exams, X-rays)
  • Restorative dentistry (fillings, crowns, bridges)
  • Dental implants and full-arch restorations
  • Cosmetic dentistry (veneers, whitening, bonding)
  • Orthodontics (Invisalign)
  • Emergency dental care
  • Sedation dentistry

Appointment Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling

We require 48 business hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee. We understand emergencies happen and will work with you on a case-by-case basis.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to avoid delays for other patients.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept:

  • Cash
  • Personal checks
  • Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express)
  • CareCredit financing
  • Most PPO dental insurance plans

If you have dental insurance, we will verify your benefits before your appointment. The estimated amount not covered by insurance is due at the time of treatment. You are responsible for any amounts not paid by your insurance company.

Insurance

We accept most PPO dental insurance plans. While we will submit claims on your behalf, you are ultimately responsible for understanding your dental benefits and any amounts your insurance does not cover. Insurance is a contract between you and your insurance provider, and we cannot guarantee coverage for any procedure.

Treatment Consent

Before any treatment, we will explain the proposed procedure, expected outcomes, potential risks, and alternative options. You will be asked to provide informed consent before treatment begins. You have the right to ask questions and decline treatment at any time.

Medical History

You agree to provide accurate and complete medical and dental history information. Please inform us of any changes to your health, medications, or allergies at each visit. Failure to disclose relevant health information may affect your treatment and outcomes.

Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Transmit any harmful code or malware
  • Reproduce or distribute our content without permission

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide the highest quality dental care, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Dental treatment results vary based on individual factors. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
