Bone grafts typically take 3-6 months to fully heal and integrate with your natural bone. The initial recovery with soft tissue healing takes about 2 weeks. After full healing, we can proceed with dental implant placement. We monitor your healing with periodic X-rays to ensure the graft is successful before moving forward.
