Yes, in most cases you can walk in without teeth and walk out with a brand-new smile the same day. During the All-on-4 procedure, we place the implants and attach a temporary fixed prosthesis. You leave our office with functional teeth. The final permanent prosthesis is placed 3-6 months later after the implants have fully integrated with your jawbone.
